The Outreach Program for Soccer, or TOPSoccer, is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities who are looking for an opportunity to learn the basic skills of soccer and play games. Our goal is to enable young athletes with disabilities to become valued and successful members of the South Windsor Soccer Family.

TOPSoccer in South Windsor is an eight week program at Veteran’s Memorial Park. Each Saturday, from 1-2pm at VMP, athletes will be paired with a buddy who is there to help assist the athlete and help develop them develop their skills. The program is also designed to help the athletes make new friends and raise their self esteem.

TOPSoccer was formed to perpetuate the US Youth Soccer mission statement which is, in part, "to foster the physical, mental and emotional growth and development of America's youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and competition." Here, in South Windsor, we want to continue to bring this to our community.
